P & M Production Company was founded by Emanuel Mansfield Jr and Jerry Palmer. Two professional fellows who had a passion to get their own business started in July 1989. Emanuel and Palmer will meet with you to create some dynamite style, to wear to all occassions. They have specialized in helping other created dynamic designs for family and class reunions, church organizations, school trips, day care centers.
